Jessica Burciaga (born April 11, 1983, in Santa Fe Springs, California, U.S.) is an American model of Mexican, Spain, French, Irish and German descent. She was selected to be Playboy's February 2009 Playmate of the Month.

Career
Burciaga started breaking into show business after graduating from high school, beginning with extra parts in TV shows and music videos. While enrolled in junior college and sports broadcasting school in Huntington Beach, she worked at a Hooters restaurant in Anaheim. Her break came with a photoshoot for the now-defunct Stuff in August 2005. Since then, she has been featured in Maxim and has been on the cover of Modified Mag, Performance Auto & Sound, Latino Future, and Open Your Eyes.

Jessica Burciaga is as American as apple pie...sort of. This melting pot of beauty hails from Cali, where the sun and sand reign. She spends her lazy days on the beach, and her crazy nights in the clubs, dancing like a queen atop her throne. Girls just want to have fun, and apparently, Jessica has only just begun. At ease, soldier.

jessica2nr: Jessica, you are the hardest girl to track down! I think I should become a P.I. or something, 'cause seriously, this was hard work...
JB: I know I'm sorry! I was in Hawaii and then Vegas, and then my phone almost died...

2nr: You seem to be a very busy girl. That or you were just trying to avoid me. Anyway, how did you get so damn busy?
JB: It's all thanks to my brother Blake!! [laughs] Really! He subscribed to Stuff Magazine at the time and they were holding a contest for local models. I figured I'd give it a shot, but since I had no experience whatsoever, I wasn't expecting a response. We sent in a few pictures and about a month later they called wanting to fly me to New York to shoot their "Neighborhood Knockout" section. I had a full-page feature in the August 2005 issue and later went on to win the contest. I had a four-page spread in March of 2006!

2nr: I read it, and let's just say... you're a bit of a wild one. Besides Stuff, what else have you done?
JB: I've done a lot of work with Hot Import Nights, promos and ads, that kind of thing. I've also been very lucky to do other magazines like Maxim and Open Your Eyes Magazine. Hopefully, they'll be plenty more to come...

2nr: I don't think you'll have a problem; it seems to be working out so far.
JB: I've been very lucky to get a lot of modeling work lately, although it can be tiring. To me, the best part is traveling, meeting new people and seeing my work in a magazine. I don't hate anything about my job because it's so easy! [laughs] The only bad thing is that I think I'm lazy now. I've tried to have a normal job with a time schedule, but I just can't do it. [laughs] I just can't get up in the morning, or be on time...

2nr: I thought you might have a problem with that. Oh well, normal jobs are so normal; you're not missing much. What are your plans after modeling?
JB: After I'm done modeling, I'd really like to have some kind of regular job and start a family. I was in school for little while but quit about 3 times! I wish I finished. I always wanted to do something in sports broadcasting, but there's still time.
